The last 6 weekends have been phenomenal. It felt like I became a child again, excited throughout the week and waiting eagerly for the weekend to come so that I could go and have fun. That’s the kind of impact this workshop had on all of us.
I’m really thankful to Ashish. Because of him, I got to know about it and attended the L1 Grading of the first batch of 2025. I enjoyed it thoroughly and knew right then: this is something I want to do. These are my kind of people. This is where I belong. A misfit, finally at home.
I remember speaking to you on 9th July, a day before Guru Poornima, about the workshop. When I met you on the day of the interview, along with others, I felt a very strong vibe. This was the right place.
As the first class began, with every activity we did, my confidence and clarity grew stronger. Week by week, I learned different aspects of acting, and in the process, rediscovered forgotten parts of myself. We explored the nuances of characters, of human nature, and the technicalities of stage and camera. With each class, each new concept, each exercise—we were becoming better versions of ourselves.
Another strong pillar of this workshop is the community you have created. The mentors were always there—selflessly supporting, guiding, and nurturing us. Most of us come from very different backgrounds and careers, but here, we were united by a single purpose and spirit.
I’m deeply grateful to every one of you—the mentors and my batchmates—for making this journey so memorable. I witnessed drastic positive changes in some of my batchmates in just 6 weeks. That’s the power of your dedication, commitment, and care.
I’ve learned countless things from you, but the quality that will always stay with me—the one I was most fascinated by—is your constant awareness of your surroundings. A quality that not only helps us become better actors, but also better human beings.
The way this course is designed is perfect. And whenever we asked you about it, you would always say it was designed by your mentor, Baba. That always made me feel like I wish I could have met him.
In a way, I feel I did—because I feel his presence through you.
This is a workshop anyone can do, whether or not they are interested in acting. Because it makes us more responsible, sensible, empathetic, and aware. Most importantly, it teaches us to have fun—something so necessary in today’s fast-moving life. These traits don’t just make us better actors, but better human beings, and more conscious souls.
